Healthy Families
This is a voluntary home visitation program designed to assist prenatal families and parents of newborns to prepare for their new role. We are involved with families until the child reaches three years of age. The focus is on child development, discipline, parenting strategies, community resources, attachment and bonding.
Why choose Healthy Families?
- Because your baby begins to learn at birth.
- Because you will be involved in visits, learning "play" activities, enhancing your child's development.
- Because you, the parent, are the most important person in your baby's life.
- Because you are the first and most important teacher your child will ever have.
- Because you, the parent, have a very demanding job and Healthy Families will support you.
